The CSPAP Policies and Practices Questionnaire (CSPAP-Q) is a needs assessment designed to help schools self-evaluate how their physical activity policies and practices align with best practices in the field. The survey covers practices related to the 5 components of a CSPAP. Respondents answer simple “yes” or “no” questions. The results can be used to plan and advocate for more robust school physical activity policies, practices, and programs.
